We listed our home today. We are so excited, we had a number in mind to start out at, and to our surprise, our Realtor said that we were priced too low and this was According to the CMA.
Our realtor wants us to start just under $150k. We can always lower the price if we need to. We have an amount in mind that we prefer not to sell lower than. We have money in savings for the next house, but we would still like to make a big profit as well. The more money that we have for the next house the better. Equity is a great thing to have on your side.
