We have been so settled lately and not house hunting as much. The reason for this is that we that we found the perfect home. Well, today while browsing local homes for sale, we may have hit the Jackpot. We found a home located in the far south of our county, This home is unbelievable! It's a beautiful three story home with nearly 4,000 sq. feet, with over five acres of land. We are meeting with our Realtor Wednesday. I'm off then so it will be a perfect day to spend looking at this home. It's not bank owned so this means that we could actually place a contingency contract on it, if the owners would accept. We can't believe the bargain here. This home is well worth more than 500k. It is certainly priced to sale. It's been on the market for two months, and we hope that it will hold out. Chris is more excited about the 6 car detached workshop and stocked pond, more than anything else. I love it all, this home is it's own Estate!
